We are recruiting a half-time Administration Officer to join our admin team in Housing Operations.

As a member of the admin team, you will provide flexible, efficient, and professional support to colleagues dealing with housing standards in the rented housing sector, delivery of adaptations for disabled people, empty homes and home improvements. You will also act as first point of phone contact for members of the public, other Council staff and external agencies.

You will need experience of office / clerical work including dealing with queries from members of the public and communicating effectively with colleagues. You must also be able to pick up working with key IT systems and follow complex internal processes.
