Job IntroductionPackage DescriptionIndustrial Services Group (ISG), a not for profit department within the Built Environment sector of Bradford Metropolitan District Council, is seeking a Senior Installations Manager to join our dedicated team.Established in 1997, ISG surveys, manufactures, and installs high quality PAS24, Secure by Design UPVC windows/doors, composite entrance doors, and FD30S fire doors under recognised industry certified bodies.Our primary aim is to offer unique career development opportunities in a factory setting like no other, specifically catering to individuals with protected characteristics, disabilities, or those facing long term unemployment.We strive to be an academy for personal and professional skills development, proudly supporting care leavers, neurodivergent young adults, and individuals with physical disabilities alike. If you have experience in a H&S conscious construction setting and a competent level of proficiency in another artisan trade discipline this role will be of interest to youJob Role: Senior Installations ManagerJob PurposeHands on Installation: The majority of your time working will be working actively on the tools as a core member of the window and door fitting installations team.Field Auditing live and post works: Travel across the Yorkshire region to conduct live, unannounced, and scheduled quality audits on site.Installer Cross-Checking: Inspection of the workmanship of both directly employed installers and external subcontractors.Product Fitting: Installation of high specification PAS24 UPVC windows, doors and heavily regulated Winkhaus composite fire doors in line with Nationally recognised certification benchmarks.
