Bradford West covers a diverse area, encompassing both rural and urban settings, including the main City Centre.

Role Description
We are looking for social workers/experienced social workers to join our dedicated team in the West area.
This role is an opportunity to make a real difference in our vibrant and diverse city.
- You will work creatively with older people and carers to maximise outcomes.
- Contribute to the provision of social care services in the community and other settings.
- Provide an effective social work service including assessment, case planning and reviews.
- Safeguard adults including those at significant risk of harm, assess and manage risk, and undertake critical decision making including taking professional responsibility for decisions.
- Operate a social work service within departmental policy, practice and procedures.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Full UK driving licence is required unless a disability prevents this.
- Must be registered with Social Work England.
