Bradford Corporation is seeking a Skills House Engagement Lead Adviser to reach out and inspire vulnerable young people and adults, guiding them toward training, work, or further education.
You will manage a caseload of 50–80 clients and collaborate with Care Leavers, Youth Justice services, and FE providers to ensure timely access to opportunities.
You will lead a small team, work evenings and alternate Saturdays, and travel within the community to engage schools, colleges, and youth services.
