We are looking for two Reablement Support Workers to work part time evenings within BEST (Bradford Enablement Support Team) community team, in all areas of the Bradford district. These roles are an opportunity to make a real difference in our vibrant and diverse city.

The main responsibilities of this role:

  • Support individuals in residential/Community settings
  • To support with daily living tasks
  • Document accurate records on digital devices
  • Support with personal cares
  • Support individuals to remain independent as long as feasible
  • Treat individuals with dignity and respect

Successful candidates must possess a full manual UK driving licence for these roles (transport is provided).

Please note service provision operates on a 2 week rolling rota as follows:

  • Week 1: Monday, Saturday, Sunday
  • Week 2: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

The work schedule is 4 hrs per day between the hours of 1800 hrs to 2200 hrs on each of these days; we are unable to condense hours into fewer working days.

You must possess a RCF (regulated qualifications framework) level 2 diploma in health and social care or equivalent (QCF/NVQ). If you are not qualified you will not be shortlisted.

An Enhanced disclosure check with the Disclosure and Barring Service will be undertaken for this post.
