We are looking for qualified Reablement Support Workers to work days within The Bradford Reablement Service (formerly known as BEST) in all areas of the Bradford district. These roles are an opportunity to make a real difference in our vibrant and diverse city.

Responsibilities

  • Support individuals in residential and community settings
  • Support with daily living tasks
  • Document accurate records on digital devices
  • Support with personal cares
  • Support individuals to remain independent as long as feasible
  • Treat individuals with dignity and respect

Requirements

  • Full UK manual driving licence (transport is provided)

Working Hours and Schedule

Hours of work: 07:30-12:30; break 15:00-18:00. Service provision operates on a 2 week rolling rota as follows:

  • Week 1: Monday, Saturday, Sunday
  • Week 2: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
