Position Details: Principal Careers Officer (SO1) – Salary: £34,434 – £36,363 (FTE per annum). 18 hours per week. Permanent. Based at Britannia House.

Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the delivery of the Gatsby Benchmarks and help secure the best possible outcomes for young people.
- Work collaboratively with a variety of careers and education professionals, while continuing to develop your own expertise and professional knowledge.
- Provide high‑quality information, advice and guidance to schools and colleges across Bradford and surrounding area.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Relevant experience in careers advice or education sector.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to deliver information to diverse audiences.
- Proficient in English language – all candidates for customer facing posts must be assessed for fluency in English, and you must provide examples of fluency in your application.
