We are looking for either qualified or trainee Enablement Support Workers to work days within BEST (Bradford Enablement Support Team) in all areas of the Bradford district. These roles are an opportunity to make a real difference in our vibrant and diverse city.
Main Responsibilities
- Support individuals in residential/Community settings
- Assist with daily living tasks
- Document accurate records on digital devices
- Support with personal cares
- Support individuals to remain independent as long as feasible
- Treat individuals with dignity and respect
Working Pattern
Service provision operates on a 2‑week rolling rota:
- Week 1: Monday, Saturday, Sunday
- Week 2: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
Individual work schedules depend on the number of contracted hours, but each worker would be required to work part of each of these days; hours cannot be condensed into fewer working days.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Full UK driving licence (transport is provided)
- Enhanced disclosure check with the Disclosure and Barring Service
- Cannot be sponsored for these roles
