The predicted salary is between 13613 - 14048 Β£ per year.

We are looking for either qualified or trainee Enablement Support Workers to work days within BEST (Bradford Enablement Support Team) in all areas of the Bradford district. These roles are an opportunity to make a real difference in our vibrant and diverse city.

The main responsibilities of this role:
  • Support individuals in residential/Community settings
  • To support with daily living tasks
  • Document accurate records on digital devices
  • Support with personal cares
  • Support individuals to remain independent as long as feasible
  • Treat individuals with dignity and respect

You will need a full UK driving licence for these roles. (Transport is provided). Service provision operates on a 2-week rolling rota as follows:

Week one: Monday, Saturday, Sunday
Week two: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

Individual work schedules depend on the number of contracted hours, but you would be required to work part of each of these days; we are unable to condense hours into fewer working days.
