Bradford Council is seeking a dedicated Education Service SEND & Inclusion professional to coordinate transfers for pupils with EHC Plans.
You will ensure consultation and amendments by 15 February, provide guidance to parents and schools, and chase outstanding annual reviews across settings.
You will amend EHCPs with precision within statutory timescales and input pupil progression data on Capita, working with Senior SEN Officers to track outcomes.
