We are looking for an experienced, reliable and cheerful person to join our team. You will be responsible for ensuring that we provide a clean, safe and welcoming environment, as well as maintaining the security of the building, supervising the cleaner and general maintenance. The post will involve significant cleaning duties. The successful candidate will have 2 years relevant experience, including competence in basic building maintenance and have relevant training.
- To carry out certain repairs and modifications to the fabric of the building and external grounds.
- To carry out regular health & safety checks including fire safety.
- To carry out regular risk assessments throughout the building and external grounds.
