The Contract & Quality function is essential to the successful delivery of the aims of the Council, the Trust, and partners in ensuring that children and families receive the support they need to ensure children can live happy and healthy lives and have bright futures.
We are looking for candidates who are pro-active, motivated and can work with others to solve problems and look for solutions. This role will involve supporting the development and implementation of contract management processes and practices ensuring we work closely with partners across the health and social care system, and those with lived experience and wider stakeholders, to deliver excellent, high-quality services which meet the needs of Bradford residents.
Experience of contract management, quality improvement and delivering value for money across children’s services and/or public health is beneficial; however, comprehensive understanding and experience in performance monitoring, improving quality through partnership working, problem solving and the ability to provide effective support and challenge to service providers is key.
