Contracted hours: 21 Hours per week – Location: Hybrid working across the AUKBD Community Hubs and community settings across Bradford District.
Responsibilities
- Support the organisation and delivery of physical activity sessions and mass participation events.
- Assist with participant registration, attendance monitoring, and data entry.
- Help prepare venues, resources, and materials for activities and events.
- Provide practical support during activities and events.
- Support recruitment and coordination of volunteers.
- Maintain accurate participant and attendance records using Charity Log.
- Collect feedback, case studies, and evaluation information.
Requirements
- Strong administration and communication skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- DBS check (to be arranged and paid for through Age UK Bradford District).
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: £24,454.04 FTE per annum, actual £13,879.32 per annum (based on 21 hours per week).
- 5 weeks holiday plus bank holidays pro rata.
- Company Sick Pay Scheme post-probation.

- Training at our Wrose Community Hubs; flexibility with working days during induction period.
