An opportunity has arisen within Catering and Cleaning Services for an Assistant Chef Manager to join the team at the above site. You will assist the Chef Manager in the smooth running of the kitchen, ensuring effective instruction and deployment of staff in their duties, also performing varied hands-on duties.

The following qualifications are desirable for this post:

  • Desirable: NVQ Level 2 in Food Preparation or equivalent i.e. City & Guilds 706/1 & 2
  • Desirable: Intermediate Food Hygiene

Successful candidate will be expected to complete NVQ Level 2 in Food Preparation or equivalent within 2 years of commencing employment. An Enhanced Disclosure check with Barred List will be undertaken for this post.
