The Bradford RESET service, led by Bridge Project in partnership with Create Strength Group, seeks a dedicated Case Worker to support individuals aged 16+ affected by domestic abuse within a trauma-informed framework.
You will work as part of a small, collaborative team, delivering outreach and group work to address root causes, while promoting inclusive practice and wellbeing across families involved in the programme.
