We are now seeking a Deputy CEO. You will play a visible role in the college, reporting directly to the CEO & Principal. As part of the Executive Leadership Team, you will help shape the culture, ethos, and strategic direction of the organization, providing strategic and operational leadership to enable the College to fulfill its mission and values. As the Chief Academic Officer, you will be responsible to the Corporation for developing strategies that influence the curriculum and student experience. Achievement, inspiration, and innovation are central to our work.
The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader and a strong communicator who can articulate a shared vision for the college and inspire others to succeed.
