Bradford College is recruiting a Pastoral Intervention Officer to support learners aged 14-16 in an Alternative Provision setting. The role focuses on 1:1 mentoring, group sessions, and targeted plans for students in Years 10 and 11 with SEMH/EBD/ASD needs.
You will work term-time, 37 hours/week across 40 weeks/year, engaging learners with a strong emphasis on safeguarding and inclusive practice. Interviews w/c 5 October.
