We have a fantastic opportunity for two enthusiastic individuals to join our Student Recruitment & External Relations department as Admissions Officers.

Our Admissions Officers provide an outstanding customer experience to potential students from initial enquiry right through to enrolment at Bradford College.

Working as part of the core Admissions team, you will have responsibility for a specific curriculum area of the college. Working closely with the Head of that Curriculum area and the wider Admissions team, you will focus on maximizing conversion from enquiry to application and from application to enrolment, with an emphasis on compliance and providing independent advice and guidance.

Please note that this role involves working later on a Tuesday and Thursday, with working hours from 10am to 6:30pm on these days.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Providing information to enquirers and applicants
  2. Engaging with the wider student recruitment team, especially marketing, to ensure effective communication campaigns for your area
  3. Serving as the point of contact for Heads of Departments/Faculties and Professional Services, and leading the setting and monitoring of student recruitment targets within departments
  4. Supporting the student enrolment process, including dispatching enrolment information and handling priority administrative tasks
  5. Tracking, inputting, and reporting on recruitment leads
  6. Staying up-to-date on the latest funding guidance and regulations
  7. Coordinating and processing student applications across levels and subject areas for HE and FE in line with GDPR regulations
  8. Relaying decision-making and notifying applicants of offers, including any conditions for entry based on established criteria
