Bradford Children and Families Trust is seeking an experienced and motivated Practice Supervisor to join the East Children & Families Team. This is a key leadership role for a practice expert who is passionate about developing high-quality social work practice and supporting staff to achieve the best outcomes for children, adolescents, and families. π
π― Key Purpose of the Role:
β¨ Work closely with the Principal Social Worker to influence, develop, and embed high-quality practice across the team
π§ Act as a practice leader, modelling excellent social work standards and restorative practice
π Lead and support ASYE social workers and student social workers, including supervision, mentoring, assessment, and panel attendance
π Support the Team Manager with team performance, quality assurance, and workforce development

Be a practice expert and consultant on complex cases involving children, adolescents, and their families

Model and embed restorative practice across the service
