Role Summary
As Team Manager, you will provide professional leadership, supervision and management to qualified Social Workers and Community Resource Workers. You will ensure the delivery of statutory services for children and families, safeguarding children and promoting their welfare at every stage. You will lead a team responsible for assessment, planning, intervention and review, ensuring high-quality, outcome-focused practice for children in need, those at risk of harm and children looked after.
