We’re seeking an experienced and driven Talent Acquisition Advisor to deliver a high-quality, end-to-end recruitment service within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. This role is critical in attracting, engaging and onboarding top talent, while acting as a trusted partner to hiring managers by providing expert insight, guidance and hands‑on support. You’ll play a key role in managing complex recruitment challenges, identifying innovative solutions and driving continuous improvement across the hiring process. With a focus on enhancing candidate experience and overall recruitment effectiveness, you will help shape a modern, inclusive and forward-thinking talent acquisition function aligned to our organisational ambitions. Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers and key stakeholders to deliver effective, inclusive, and insight-led recruitment strategies
- Provide advice and guidance on best practice across the full recruitment lifecycle
- Manage and optimise recruitment systems, ensuring data integrity, reporting accuracy, and compliance
- Coordinate recruitment activity, including shortlisting, interviews, and candidate engagement
- Proactively manage candidate pipelines to ensure a positive and seamless experience
- Undertake pre-employment checks in line with safer recruitment and safeguarding requirements
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance attraction strategies, and drive efficiencies
- Collaborate across the Trust to support a consistent, high-quality hiring journey
