Established in April 2023, Bradford Children and Families Trust has at its heart the sole purpose of enhancing the quality and delivery of children’s services across our city and district. Our mission is clear, to ensure that our promise to improve the lives of children and young people in Bradford becomes a reality.
We are now in a position to appoint two new Non-Executive Directors who are passionate about making a difference to the lives of disadvantaged children and families in Bradford. We are looking for individuals who bring a wealth of senior leadership experience with an understanding of the broader policy context in which the Trust operates. We are particularly interested in those who bring leadership experience in statutory children’s services and improvement, as well as experience across finance, performance and digital.
Our goal is to create a Board that truly reflects the rich diversity of the communities we serve, bringing a creative and inspirational approach that empowers the organisation. We are committed to continuous improvement and need leaders who can inspire and guide us on this journey, working collaboratively with our many partners and helping to guide the Trust as an independent organisation.

As a Non-Executive Director, you will receive a daily fee of £600. You will be expected to dedicate at least two days per month to this role. Additionally, the Trust will cover all reasonable and properly documented expenses incurred while performing your duties.
