We are currently looking for a Deputy Manager to support the Registered Manager to lead a service where adults with learning disabilities and additional needs have a real say in their lives and receive safe, consistent support.
This role will include providing visible leadership, developing staff and taking responsibility for agreed areas of practice and service improvement.
Our Living for Tomorrow approach recognises that people move through life, not services. The Deputy Manager helps
adapt support as peopleβs wishes and needs change, enabling greater independence, meaningful relationships and
participation in community life.
The role would also include deputising for the Registered Manager during their absence within agreed delegated responsibilities, whilst keeping the manager informed, acting on concerns within your authority and escalating promptly when further decisions or support are needed.
