Bradford and Marsh are recruiting for a New Business Coordinator (Telesales) to join a growing financial services organisation based in Warrington. This is a fast-paced and customer-focused role, ideal for someone with experience in telesales, lead generation or customer service who enjoys speaking with people and working towards targets. You'll be joining a supportive and ambitious team, working with warm inbound and outbound leads through a dialler system, helping customers explore a range of financial solutions including second charge mortgages, bridging finance and residential mortgages.
Key Responsibilities in this role as a New Business Coordinator (Telesales):
- Manage inbound and outbound leads via a dialler system
- Build rapport with customers and understand their financial requirements
- Discuss suitable financial products and available options with customers
- Qualify leads and refer opportunities internally where appropriate
- Maintain accurate customer records and notes on the CRM system
- Work towards individual and team targets/KPIs
- Provide a professional and consultative customer experience throughout
- Ensure all work is completed accurately and in line with company procedures
Requirements for this New Business Coordinator (Telesales) role:
- Previous experience within telesales, sales, lead generation or customer service
- Confident and professional telephone manner
