Bradford and Marsh are recruiting for a New Business Coordinator (Telesales) to join a growing financial services organisation based in Warrington. This is a fast-paced and customer-focused role, ideal for someone with experience in telesales, lead generation or customer service who enjoys speaking with people and working towards targets. You’ll be joining a supportive and ambitious team, working with warm inbound and outbound leads through a dialler system, helping customers explore a range of financial solutions including second charge mortgages, bridging finance and residential mortgages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound and outbound leads via a dialler system
  • Build rapport with customers and understand their financial requirements
  • Discuss suitable financial products and available options with customers
  • Qualify leads and refer opportunities internally where appropriate
  • Maintain accurate customer records and notes on the CRM system
  • Work towards individual and team targets/KPIs
  • Provide a professional and consultative customer experience throughout
  • Ensure all work is completed accurately and in line with company procedures

Requirements:

  • Previous experience within telesales, sales, lead generation or customer service
  • Confident and professional telephone manner
  • Comfortable working within a target-driven environment
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Good organisational and administrative skills
  • Motivated, resilient and proactive attitude
  • Financial services experience would be advantageous but not essential
