We are working with a well-established firm looking to bring in an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their team in Macclesfield. This is a role where you will manage your own caseload but with proper support in place, including a dedicated assistant. It’s steady, structured work with a team that knows the process and gets deals through.
The role:
- Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion
- Work including shared ownership, new builds, remortgages, transfers of equity and other residential matters
- Keeping clients, agents and solicitors updated throughout the process
- Handling files independently while keeping everything moving

- Minimum 3 years experience running your own residential conveyancing caseload
- Comfortable managing files from start to finish
- Organised and able to work to deadlines
- Experience with case management systems (P4W useful but not essential)
