Shifts Available: Saturday Mornings, Sunday Mornings & Sunday Afternoon

The role: Bradfield College enjoys a well‑established reputation for being one of the country’s leading co‑educational, independent schools. Our Sports Complex and Indoor Tennis Centre operate as busy dual‑use facilities, catering for both the College and external users.

We are seeking highly motivated Swimming Assistants to support our very busy Children’s Swimming Lesson Programme that takes place at weekends during the school term and some School Holidays/Half‑Terms. Two swim schools operate – one at Bradfield College and the other at St Andrew’s Prep School, Pangbourne.

Under the guidance of the Swimming Teacher, the Swim Assistants assist the children in the early levels of their swimming development.

About you: Candidates must communicate well with young children and have empathy in their approach. Good swimming ability is required so they are personally confident in the water and capable of demonstrating as required. Previous experience working with children is desirable.

Full training will be given and a work uniform will be provided. All applicants must be willing to undergo child protection screening as part of the application process.
