Bradfield Secondary School is seeking a motivated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our SEND Department.
The role supports pupils with a range of SEND, works with teachers in lessons, and delivers targeted interventions to develop academic, social, communication and emotional regulation skills.
We offer bespoke CPD, supportive leadership and collaborative teamwork, with a Grade 5 Scale Point 15-20 pro rata and 35 or 37 hours per week across 39 weeks per year.
