Bradfield College is looking to recruit an experienced Chef de Partie to join its catering team, working across the College’s main site in Bradfield and at St Andrew’s Prep School. Working as part of the wider catering team, you will help deliver high-quality food and an excellent level of service to students and staff during term time. You will also support a varied programme of private functions, hospitality and events throughout the year. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and dependable chef who takes pride in producing food to a consistently high standard and enjoys working in a busy, varied catering environment.
About you
- A minimum Level 2 Food Safety qualification
- Considerable experience of delivering high standards across cafeteria-style dining, sports hospitality, private dining and event catering
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
- Excellent time-management and organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards
- A positive, can-do attitude and a flexible approach to work and changing priorities
