Lead Physiotherapist - Bradfield, Reading Contract: Permanent Hours: Term time only, 29 hours per week Days: Monday, Wednesday, Saturday all day plus Friday morning. (Some flexibility on days during the week, if needed. Saturday all day is a requirement for pitch-side cover) Salary: £33,500 per annum (pro rata from an FTE of £60,842) Required: November 2026 We are seeking a Lead Physiotherapist to join our medical centre team at Bradfield College. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing a high-quality, evidence-informed physiotherapy service to pupils aged 13–18, with particular responsibility for the assessment, treatment, rehabilitation and prevention of musculoskeletal and sports-related injuries. You will also provide clinical leadership to the physiotherapy service, ensuring that appropriate standards of care, clinical governance, record keeping and professional practice are maintained.
