Overview
Bradfield College is seeking a professional, organised and welcoming Receptionist to help create an excellent first impression for everyone who contacts or visits the College.
You will be at the heart of the Reception area, supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the front-of-house function and acting as a key point of contact for parents, pupils, staff and visitors.
The role is part-time: 8am–5pm on Thursday and Friday throughout the year, and 9am–2pm on Saturdays during term time.
It is suitable for someone looking for a stable, people-facing role in a welcoming school community.
Responsibilities
- Provide a friendly, efficient and professional service at the front desk and as the first point of contact for visitors and staff.
- Support the day-to-day running of the reception area and contribute to a warm, well‑run environment.
- Demonstrate strong communication, organisational and IT skills, and build positive relationships across the College and with external contacts.
- Maintain reliability, initiative and flexibility to adapt to the needs of the role.
Requirements / Qualifications
