We're Hiring: General Manager – Logistics & Distribution
BradEx is looking for an exceptional General Manager to lead our logistics and distribution operation through its next phase of growth.
This is a rare opportunity for a commercially minded, hands‑on leader who thrives on improving operations, developing people and driving meaningful change. Reporting directly to the owner, you'll have the autonomy to shape the future of the business, strengthen our leadership team and deliver operational excellence across the organisation.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading the day‑to‑day operation to deliver outstanding service, safety and efficiency.
- Developing and mentoring an established management team.
- Driving operational improvements that increase efficiency, accountability and profitability.
- Improving driver recruitment, retention and employee engagement.
- Monitoring KPIs and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
- Building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Ensuring compliance with transport, health & safety and regulatory requirements.
- Working closely with the owner to deliver ambitious growth plans.
We’re looking for someone with:
- Significant senior leadership experience in logistics, transport, distribution or FMCG.
- A proven track record of leading teams through change and delivering measurable business improvements.
- Strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking.
- Excellent leadership, coaching and communication skills.
- The confidence to challenge existing processes and implement positive change.
- A hands‑on approach with a passion for developing high‑performing teams.
