Whether your background is in Business Development, Lettings, B2B Sales, or another client-facing role, or simply you are a recent Graduate looking to begin your career, our expert training program is designed to turn you into a world-class headhunter.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Sourcing high-level candidates using a range of platforms
- Writing engaging outreach messages
- Conducting consultative screening calls and pitching roles effectively
- Handling warm outbound calls (no cold calling!)
- Supporting candidates through every stage of the recruitment process from CV submission to final offer
- Managing admin tasks such as updating candidate trackers and CRM systems
