As a Community Care Assistant, you will provide high -quality care and support to individuals in their own homes. Every visit is an opportunity to make a positive difference, helping people maintain their independence while receiving the support they need with dignity and respect.<\/span><\/span>

Key Responsibilities<\/i><\/span><\/u><\/b><\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

• Assisting with all aspects of personal care, including washing, dressing, grooming, and toileting<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/div>
• Supporting mobility, transfers, and safe movement around the home<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/div>
• Assisting with medication administration in accordance with training and company procedures<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/div>
• Supporting meal preparation, nutrition, and hydration<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/div>
• Providing companionship and meaningful social interaction<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/div>
• Supporting individuals living with dementia and other complex needs<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/div>
• Carrying out light housekeeping and domestic duties<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/div>
• Maintaining accurate care records and documentation in line with GDPR requirements<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/div>
• Reporting safeguarding concerns and changes in wellbeing promptly<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/div>
• Delivering care in accordance with individual care plans and Bradcare's quality standards<\/span><\/span>
