We are currently recruiting immediately for experienced Female Care Workers to join our team, supporting individuals within their own homes on a long-term live-in 24-hour care package.
All care is delivered in line with CQC Fundamental Standards, ensuring safety, dignity, respect, and person-centred support at all times.

About the Role: As a Care Assistant with Bradcare Ltd, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals to remain safe, comfortable, and independent within their own homes. You will deliver consistent, compassionate care in accordance with individual care plans, promoting wellbeing, choice, dignity, and independence at all times. This role involves providing single-handed 1:1 care support within a live-in environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing single-handed 1:1 care support
- Assisting with transfers and all aspects of personal care, including washing, dressing, and toileting
- Delivering personal care in line with individual care plans
- Assisting with and administering medication in accordance with training and company policy
- Supporting with daily household tasks, including cleaning and domestic duties
- Preparing meals and supporting nutrition and hydration needs
- Supporting with continence care and personal hygiene needs
- Completing accurate and timely care records in line with GDPR requirements
- Reporting concerns in line with safeguarding procedures and company policy
- Promoting independence, dignity, and respect at all times
- Providing companionship and emotional support
What We’re Looking For:
- Ability to work live-in 12-hour shifts (12:00 PM – 12:00 AM / 12:00 AM – 12:00 PM)
- Located within close proximity to DE73
- Previous care / complex care experience is essential
- NVQ Level 2, 3 or above in Health & Social Care (desirable)
- Compassionate, reliable, and professional approach
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Right to work in the UK (in line with employment legislation)
- Full UK Driving Licence is desirable but not essential
