The Role
We are looking for a kind, caring, professional, and dedicated Trainer to join our Swadlincote team. The role involves:
- Delivering in house training to current and new staff members, including initial induction
- Providing support, guidance, and supervision to new and current care staff throughout training sessions
- Being a role model for staff and assisting in their initial and ongoing development
- Supporting the business with community care work, as and when required
- Using new technologies, contributing to the development of training courses, and delivering training using AI supported tools and PowerPoint presentations
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must:
- Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in health and social care sector, specifically in home care / domiciliary care
- Have a minimum of 3+ years’ experience as a trainer
- Hold a recognised Train the Trainer qualification
- Have a NVQ L2 in Health & Social Care and willingness to complete L3
- Hold a Full UK Driving License and have access to a vehicle
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
