The Role
As a Community Care Assistant, you will visit service users in their own homes, supporting them with daily living tasks while promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing. Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting with transfers and all aspects of personal care, including washing, dressing, and toileting
- Delivering care in line with individual care plans
- Assisting with and administering medication in accordance with training and company policy
- Supporting with household tasks, including cleaning and domestic duties
- Preparing meals and supporting nutrition and hydration needs
- Supporting continence care and personal hygiene
- Completing accurate and timely care records in line with GDPR requirements
- Reporting concerns in line with safeguarding procedures
- Providing companionship and emotional support

Relocation Support: We offer a relocation support package for the successful candidate. This includes assistance with sourcing suitable semi-furnished accommodation and payment of the first month’s rent (within reasonable limits).
