We are currently seeking caring, reliable, and committed individuals to join our growing team as Community Care Assistants to work morning shifts – starting at 7:00am. Due to the nature of personal care and in accordance with genuine occupational requirements, this position is open to female applicants only.

As a Community Care Assistant, you will provide high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes. Every visit is an opportunity to make a positive difference, helping people maintain their independence while receiving the support they need with dignity and respect. Working as part of a supportive and professional team, you will deliver person-centred care tailored to each individual's needs, preferences, and lifestyle.

Where possible, we aim to allocate care rounds that are geographically efficient to minimise travel time and support a positive work‑life balance for our team members. As Bradcare continues to grow, opportunities may become available across additional areas within South Derbyshire and neighbouring communities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with all aspects of personal care, including washing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Supporting mobility, transfers, and safe movement around the home.
- Assisting with medication administration in accordance with training and company procedures.
- Supporting meal preparation, nutrition, and hydration.
- Providing companionship and meaningful social interaction.
- Supporting individuals living with dementia and other complex needs.
- Carrying out light housekeeping and domestic duties.
- Maintaining accurate care records and documentation in line with GDPR requirements.
- Reporting safeguarding concerns and changes in wellbeing promptly.
- Delivering care in accordance with individual care plans and Bradcare's quality standards.
