We are currently looking for caring, reliable, and dedicated individuals to join our growing team as Community Care Assistants. Due to the nature of personal care and in line with genuine occupational requirements, this position is open to female applicants only.

About the Role

  • As a Community Care Assistant, you will visit service users in their own homes to provide practical and emotional support while promoting dignity, independence, and wellbeing.
  • Assisting with all aspects of personal care including washing, dressing, and toileting.
  • Supporting with transfers and mobility.
  • Delivering care in line with individual care plans.
  • Assisting with and administering medication following training and company policy.
  • Supporting with meal preparation, nutrition, and hydration.
  • Carrying out household and domestic tasks.
  • Supporting continence care and personal hygiene.
  • Completing accurate care records in line with GDPR requirements.
  • Reporting concerns in line with safeguarding procedures.
  • Providing companionship and emotional support.
