As a Flexible Bank Care Assistant, your role is to provide essential personal care and support to individuals across a variety of shifts, helping them maintain independence and dignity in the comfort of their own homes.
- Providing personal care such as washing, dressing, and supporting personal hygiene
- Assisting with meals, drinks, and light household tasks
- Offering companionship, reassurance, and emotional support
- Prompting or administering medication in line with individual care plans
- Observing and reporting any changes in wellbeing to the office or on-call team
- Travelling between service users within Swadlincote (fuel allowance provided)
- Working flexible bank shifts, including weekdays and weekends, as needed
Caring, reliable, and compassionate nature. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Previous care experience is welcome but not essential – full training provided.
