We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our Sales Team.
- Type: Full-Time, 40 hours per week
- Pattern: Monday-Friday
- Location: Onsite in Buxton (SK17 9RZ)
Reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required).

The Candidate:
We are looking for a candidate with good IT literacy skills (e.g. the role includes managing our online E-commerce store, using ERP systems etc.) and FMCG sales experience (beneficial). Someone who is confident, motivated and has strong professional communications skills in written and spoken English. Strong experience with relationship building within a company and externally with a customer base.
To effectively process all orders focusing on excellent service:
- Manage the Online e-commerce ordering portal for independent customers - ensuring all products are up to date and maintained.
- Effectively manage all customer orders from start to finish.
- Update and communicate price changes to tele-sales customers.
- Actively sell in new product lines and ensure promotions are communicated where appropriate.
- Communicate with Supply Chain, Warehouse, and Transport in order to satisfy customer requirements.
- Communicate to the sales team regarding any service issues.
- Check customer invoices for prices and weights before they are sent.
- Manage internal staff shop and selling of distress stock.
