Full time: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our Sales Team.

Location: Onsite in Buxton (SK17 9RZ). Reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required).

Work authorisation: Existing UK work authorisation is required. Please note there is no visa sponsorship available for this role.

Start date: 1 July or as close to that date as possible.

The Candidate:

We are looking for a candidate with good IT literacy skills (e.g. managing our online E-commerce store, using ERP systems etc.) and FMCG sales experience (beneficial). Someone who is confident, motivated, and has strong professional communication skills in written and spoken English. Strong experience with relationship building within a company and externally with a customer base.

The Role:

Duties will include:

  • To be Bradburys' first point of contact for the customer base regarding order placement.
  • To effectively process all orders focusing on excellent service.
  • Manage the online e-commerce ordering portal for independent customers, ensuring all products are up to date and maintained.
  • Manage all order/product queries efficiently from start to finish delivering customer satisfaction.
  • To assist in the running of the department, maintaining price files, new line forms, cost book, and bill of materials.
  • Effectively manage all customer orders from start to finish.
  • Update and communicate price changes to tele-sales customers.
  • Actively sell in new product lines and ensure promotions are communicated where appropriate.
  • Communicate with Supply Chain, Warehouse, and Transport in order to satisfy customer requirements.
  • Communicate to the sales team regarding any service issues.
  • Produce, in conjunction with Supply Chain, an accurate service level report.
  • Check customer invoices for prices and weights before they are sent.
  • Manage the internal staff shop and selling of distress stock.

Other Responsibilities:

  • To conduct yourself in a safe and diligent manner and comply with health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Uphold and promote company policies and procedures, promoting those specifically to your area of work, including Equality and Diversity.
  • To be conversant with and participate in activities and developments relevant to the post.
  • To always maintain strict confidentiality and discretion.
  • To present and promote an appropriate public image in representing Bradburys.
  • To undertake any other duties as may be reasonably required for the post.
