Working on the \βOut Of Home\β (OOH) sector of the Sales Team you will win and develop profitable business with both existing and new customers and create excellent relationships which will sustain long term growth within the OOH sector.
Reporting to and supporting the OOH National Account Manager with general account management tasks.
Key Tasks And Responsibilities (not Exhaustive)
- Managing the development of long term influential Commercial Relationships with various OOH Customers
- Understanding and proactively managing each Account P & Ls
- To develop and manage Joint Customer Business plans
- Working at every level of the customer relationship developing high quality networks across the business to realise plans
- Identifying and contributing to developing new product concepts
- Sales forecasting and driving the working relationship with Supply Chain
- Working closely with all other departments within Bradbury\βs
- Proactively resolving problems and issues
- Ensuring all relevant paperwork and administration are completed to Bradbury\βs procedures
Experience & Skills
- Minimum 2 years in an equivalent / similar role
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Personable and able to build relationships with customers
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Self motivated and highly resilient
- Knowledge and experience of driving and growing business
- Excellent commercial awareness
