Due to continued growth and increasing demand, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Electrical Supervisor to join our team and play a key role in overseeing electrical projects, managing site teams, and maintaining our exceptional standards of workmanship and safety.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervising electrical installation, maintenance, and repair works across domestic, commercial, and industrial projects
- Managing and coordinating electricians and subcontractors on site
- Ensuring all works are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications
- Conducting site inspections, quality checks, and ensuring compliance with current regulations and industry standards
- Reviewing and interpreting electrical drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
- Monitoring project progress and reporting updates to management
- Supporting testing, inspection, and commissioning activities
- Maintaining high standards of health, safety, and customer service at all times
- Assisting with material management, labour planning, and project scheduling
What We're Looking For
- Fully qualified Electrician (18th Edition, City & Guilds, NVQ Level 3, or equivalent)
- Previous experience in a supervisory or lead electrician role
- Strong background across domestic, commercial, and industrial electrical installations
- Excellent knowledge of current electrical regulations and health & safety requirements
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage workloads, prioritise tasks, and motivate teams
- Full UK Driving Licence
Desirable Qualifications & Experience
- ECS Gold Card
- City & Guilds 2391 Testing & Inspection Qualification (or equivalent)
- SSSTS or SMSTS Qualification
- Experience with fire alarms, security systems, and renewable energy installations
