Do you have a passion for supporting young people? We are looking for a Welfare Officer to join our Raising Standards Team. You will be at the heart of our student support system, providing a proactive voice for student well-being and building strong, supportive bridges between home and school.

Responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining student care plans
  • Managing medical storage
  • Resolving health and pastoral issues
  • Encouraging excellent attendance and punctuality
  • Being a key point of contact for families
  • Ensuring the Welfare Office is always available

In this role, you’ll be an integral part of our school community, supporting both the academic and personal growth of our students. King’s Academy Easthampstead Park is a co-educational, community comprehensive serving Bracknell South. As a school, we strive to give our students every opportunity to be happy, healthy and successful.
