Winkfield St Mary’s C of E Primary School is a warm and welcoming single-form entry school, with an inclusive and caring ethos. We are looking to recruit a teaching assistant to join our team from September 2026. The position is for 19.5 hours per week, 8:30am – 3:30pm, Monday, Wednesday and Friday, term time only. You may be required to attend training on INSET days.

Salary grade BG-K SCP 3 - £11,248 actual salary (for part-time, term-time hours).

The successful applicant must be independent, adaptable, willing to learn and have a positive attitude. The job demands a good team ethos with excellent communication skills. An NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) or higher is desirable, but not essential. A good standard of grammar, spelling and maths is required.
