This vacancy is being advertised on behalf of Warfield Parish Council. The role of Caretaker is a key role within our growing and changing council, requiring a highly motivated and proactive individual with excellent organisational and customer service skills.

As the Caretaker, you will help look after the council’s facilities. This will involve keeping our spaces in good order, preparing facilities for hire ensuring they are clean and tidy. You will maintain relationships with existing hirers and work with casual hirers ahead of and following their bookings. You will also carry out inspections, identifying and logging maintenance issues and liaising with contractors. You may be asked to carry out basic maintenance work within your capabilities.

This role offers the opportunity to work 15 hours per week as part of a small, friendly team based in Warfield. Benefits include a generous contributory pension scheme.
