Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake safeguard enquiries, maintaining people’s choice and control, empowering adults within a risk‑enablement and strengths‑based approach.
- Apply knowledge and experience of adult safeguarding, including S42 enquiries, Making Safeguarding Personal and the Care Act (2014).
- Complete safeguarding work within the time‑frames and guidance set by Bracknell Forest Council.
- Coordinate and provide timely professional advice to ward/MDT and family teams to support hospital discharge.
