You will be an enthusiastic and reliable person, with the ability and willingness to work flexibly to ensure the consistent provision of services in our centre. A strong commitment to customer service is essential, along with the confidence to engage with visitors of all ages and backgrounds, helping to create a welcoming and positive experience for everyone.

About The Team…

We care about our visitors and want to provide great customer service. Our cleaning team play a key role in helping ensure our customers enjoy their day out to The Look Out Discovery Centre. We enjoy interacting with our varied customer base making their visit fun and enjoyable as well as clean and safe.

Key responsibilities…

  • To be responsible for the cleaning of The Look Out Discovery Centre and surrounding area, maintaining a high-quality image.
  • To ensure a high standard of cleanliness and promote a quality service to the public.
  • To promote an excellent image of the centre and its staff at all times.
  • To work effectively as a member of a team.
  • To ensure that the centre, car park, play and picnic area are clean and free from litter.
