We are delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for a Team Leader - Targeted Youth Support and Young Carers Services, on a full-time, permanent basis.

Leading and line managing youth and young carers professionals, ensuring high-quality supervision, practice and outcomes. Planning, coordinating and quality assuring targeted youth and young carers groups across the borough. Acting as the service's subject expert on young carers and targeted group work, providing guidance, training and reports. Working with partners and commissioning to monitor contracts and support strategic delivery. Securing funding and developing volunteers to strengthen and grow the service. You will receive regular supervision, access to training and support from the Team Manager and wider leadership team.

  • Leading and line managing youth and young carers professionals, ensuring high-quality supervision, practice and outcomes.
